The membership of the Serenity Riders Motorcycle Club of Baltimore is open to men and women of all nationalities. Sport bike riders are welcome and must ride formation at all times.

Our membership consists of three different categories of members:

• Full Active Members: Those that own and ride a motorcycle and have gone through a 90 day probationary period and have met all financial obligations.
• Non-Riding Members: Those that do not own or ride a motorcycle but participate in club activities and have met all financial obligations.
• Prospective Members: Those who wish to become full active members or non-riding members of the association and who are in a probationary status for 90 days and have met all financial obligations.

To be a member of the Serenity Riders there are some basic rules that have to be followed, one of the most important of which is laid down in By-law #4 of the organization relating to personal conduct.

"While in club colors fowl language, public displays of loud and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated; alcohol consumption will not be permitted while operating a motorcycle on any association rides or functions, the use of illegal drugs is prohibited at all times."
